I suppose everyone has seen this now, as it’s been on youtube for more than a week or so. But I’m still posting it as I find it absolutely hilarious!

 Anyway, less on Bulgarian Idol and on to American Idol, where the Cowell man is at. He told the Sun last 11th of March that he’s not enjoying the current American Idol season. Saying “it actually reminds me of the last X Factor series we did. It’s just a bit dull.”

 Dull? Yeah, I suppose, with Danny Noriega out of the scene. But whatever, I don’t like reading the Sun anyway. It’s usually a load of BS. 

I absolutely love this man.

I first saw him in Midnight Sun (JMovie, not Stephenie Meyer’s forthcoming book). It’s a sad, depressing film where the lead female role dies in the end, so for those not wanting a good cry - stay far, far away. He’s friends with Oguri Shun who plays Sano, the lead role in the Japanese drama Hanazakari no Kimitachi e, Ikemen Paradise. He’s also in the Detective Conan film (lead role, yet again) but I’ve never seen it yet.

I think the Japanese version’s better, funnier even. And the boys in the programme are extremely divine! There’s an earlier release of the Taiwanese version (2006) and sticks more closely to the manga and is slightly funny but I still prefer the Japanese version. In my opinion.

OK. I’ve had enough of people ragging on the Olsen Twins because of their scary fashion with quotes coming in like, ‘they need fashion interventions’. Admittedly, they dress somewhat peculiarly but that’s what fashion is all about, isn’t it? Like creating art that sometimes the art becomes lost in translation.

So just shove all those insults up your pretty, perky bottoms and appreciate the art of dressing-up weird. Just like these people in Harajuku (Tokyo A-Go-Go):

No matter what anyone says, I adore the woman.

I never liked her during her Baby One More Time days, and especially not during her Crossroads days (anyone seen the movie? No? Good. Don’t bother!), but somehow Schizo Britney intrigues me. And no, I don’t want to be like her so don’t worry about another teentastrophe to happen.

So the new goss on her? She’s hiding from court again (wow, shocker!) but is said to be given $1500 weekly allowance. She has like, $100M in the bank and all she gets a week is fifteen hundred dollars?? Oh well, still more than I could ever dream of.

Anyone into Taiwanese entz? Show of hands please. Oh, just me? Hm. Oh well. I’ve just recently watched a Taiwanese drama, Romantic Princess, starring Angela Zhang and Wu Zun and Calvin Chen of Farenheit and thought it was pretty cute, even if the ending did leave me hanging!

Okay, so that’s the intro I have for this bit of entry. Farenheit, as most of Asia and Asian fans know, recently went to Malaysia to promote Romantic Princess (lucky ******! lol. Just jealous I didn’t get to see Jiro Wang). A topic they talked about was Zun and Show Luo’s (Taiwanese actor) alleged ‘relationship’ as Luo once referred to him as his girlfriend. This seemed to make fans unhappy as they always thought Calvin and Zun made a good pair, so during the promotion Calvin and Zun joked about it saying that Calvin was jealous and didn’t want to talk to Zun anymore. Zun even pretended to kiss Calvin saying they were a couple. Hm, are they taking it a step too far? Lol. Nah!

Jetting over to Japan, news is Yamaguchi Tatsuya, member of the popular Japanese Band, Tokio (see also Johnny’s Band), is said to marry A-san, a former model whom he’s dated for 8 years. (whew! That’s a mighty long time!) He’s the first member of the band to say I Do. Sweetness! Nagase Tomoya, another member of the band, dated Ayumi Hamasaki (the goddess herself!) which ended last year. Seriously, waaayyy stupid move! Lol.

Kikuchi Rinko is not only an Oscar nominated Japanese actress, she’s now also gracing the UK magazine i-D. How’s that for world-reknown? Take a look at the cover:

As I’m turning 21 real soon, I thought a whole new blog would be quite appropriate. Why not? A whole new age, a whole new outlook, yes? But nevertheless, the same entertainment blitz.

First up, American Idol 7 - down to 12 finalists. David Archuleta, I believe, will make it to the top 3 — if not top 2. I’m not a big fan of his, really. It gets tiring after a while, the whole ‘ooh-I’m-17-I’m-so-cute-and-adorable’ just doesn’t do it for me, but it works for the rest so yeah, freedom of speech and whatnot. I’m rooting for Jason Castro (has anyone seen his Santeria performance on youtube? So hot! Not that you can distinguish much of his face. lol) and Ramiele Malubay. She’s adorably cute but not in the David Archuleta way. It’s not something I can explain. My mind does all the thinking, not explaining.

But the real ass-kicker story is those who were kicked out. Four of them to be exact. Not really crying out for them, but it seems Danny Noriega was a real prize to most of the audience that I heard (from unreliable sources — ie, my friends) that his fans were outraged enough to demand for a recount. We think the main reason he was let go was because of his sexual orientation and greater Hollywood’s homophilia (ooh, nasty! Note: please don’t quote me on this). Go to AI’s website to find a poll asking which contestant should do a comeback. We’re thinking a wildcard play on bringing Danny back to the show. Now isn’t that just plain brilliant?

On to other news, Lohan Little (aka Lohan Jr or Ali Lohan) will be starring in her own reality show for E! this summer. I guess since LiLo isn’t ringing in much cash now, Mummy Lohan has to resort to her other daughter to bring in the bacon. Let’s see how this turns out. It might be fun.
